The Mental Wellness ReLeaf Way Optimization

This 2 hour visit is the most time spent together collaboratively. We discuss your current mental health concerns, health history and perform neurocognitive testing to determine if there are any cognitive deficits that need immediate attention. Follow up visits are 30 -40 minutes so that we assess your menal wellness progress. This is our opportunity to adjust treatment and goals. Although it it completely up to you how often you want to follow up, our FAQ page outlines what to expect over the span of 12 months.
